Our Church understands student-life and student-living. We believe in the importance of feeling at home, and feeling welcomed. Getting every person that come to Good Word Ministries fully integrated into our special church family life is our goal. Everyone is special to God and to us, and our job is easy; to provide the platform for you to have a memorable, life-changing experience.<\/p>\n

We strongly encourage people\u2019s participation. Get connected and stay connected. Enrich your experience and join o\"gym1jp\"<\/a>ne or more of our special connect and service opportunities: the Church\u2019s Media Team, Worship Team, Youth & Young Adult Ministry, \u00a0King\u2019s Kids Club (children ministry), Blackberry Bush Course, Intercessory Team (P.U.S.H), Health & Fitness Club, Hospital Visitation Team, Sports Club (Football & Basketball Teams), Noble Men Club, Leading Ladies Choir,\u00a0 and Hospitality Staff (Ushers & Helpers)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If you are a local or international student, you will enjoy our annual ID <\/b>(International Day) Gathering<\/b>. It was deliberately formed with students in mind, to help people to flavor what you got, and what they have! Our ID Day brings us together in a unique way, and we have the opportunity to sample and to embrace international cultures and cuisines. We encourage, embrace, appreciate and celebrity cultural diversities in Christ!\u00a0\"dorothy1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Student Bus (Term-Time)<\/b><\/p>\n

Each Sunday Morning\u00a0<\/strong>during term-time, there is a Bus provided to help students get to Good Word Ministries. The Bus picks students up from the following pickup points: Howlands Park & Ride (Howlands Farm (DH1 3TQ),\u00a0Elvet Riverside\u00a0loading bays (opposite the Three Tuns hotel), and before the\u00a0British Heart Foundation Stores\u00a0(opposite Durham Bus Station)\u00a0 Bus return: \u00a0<\/b>Departs after service at approx 12:40.\u00a0\u00a0Bus pick ups for Wednesday Nights only<\/strong>: 6.10pm (British Heart Foundation Stores\u00a0(opposite Durham Bus Station) Bus return for Wednesday Nights: \u00a0<\/b>Departs after service at approx 20:30pm.
